Every great journey starts with a simple realization. For us, it began in the local market, looking closely at everyday kitchen staples and realizing a hard truth: the food on our tables had lost its purity. We saw spices ground in unhygienic environments and pumped with artificial colors to look vibrant. We found heavy stones mixed into everyday grains, cheap fats diluted into authentic Desi Ghee, and sugary syrups sold under the name of pure honey. We asked ourselves a fundamental question: How can we feed our families food that compromises our health?
That single question planted the seed. We decided it was time for a change—time to bring back honesty, trust, and absolute purity to the kitchen.
